JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the execution of Total Rewards programs, with a focus on audit readiness, SOX compliance, HRIS support, and payroll/benefits data integrity. Partners closely with HR leaders to leverage HR systems and reporting to achieve strategic business initiatives. This role works independently on assigned responsibilities while operating under manager guidance and established processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistent execution of defined controls, and solid problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies across systems and processes.
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY
• General responsibilities with standardized processes. Works under limited supervision. Resolves routine questions and problems. Refers the more complex issues to higher levels. Follows established procedures to accomplish requirements of job. Some latitude for deviation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Performs the day-to-day activities within the Total Rewards team to support and serve HR Information Systems and projects, with specific focus on Qualtrics and Workzone (SuccessFactors).
• Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit for Total Rewards, coordinating with respective teams on timely data gathering, audit response, compilation of audit requests, etc.
• Participates in testing and reviews test results for implementation of HCM and Benefit system upgrades, patches, and interface files.
• Participates in annual Benefits open enrollment testing.
• Recommend process or procedure changes and/or variations from established processes or procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partners with HR, various teams and Corporate Communications, as appropriate, to ensure effective change management and communications.
• Develops and delivers training tools and job aids for administrators, users, and managers.
• All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree in HR, Finance, Information Systems, Business or other directly related field and 2 years’ experience working directly with Total Rewards, HRIS/HCM systems, Payroll, or Benefits Administration; Or
• Associates Degree in HR, Finance, Information Systems, Business or other directly related field and 4 years’ experience working directly with Total Rewards, HRIS/HCM systems, Payroll, or Benefits Administration; Or
• High School Diploma with 6 years’ experience working with Total Rewards, HRIS/HCM systems, Payroll, or Benefits Administration.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
• Working experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Qualtrics
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Office environment using office equipment including a keyboard, mouse and computer monitor.
• May be required to work non-standard hours.
• May require travel.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAS)
• Basic knowledge of Human Capital Management systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, etc.).
• Exposure to and intermediate knowledge of various Software as a Service (SaS) platforms.
