JOB SUMMARY
Develops proactive partnerships with the Business and HR to identify and address opportunities to support the Total Rewards Department. Provides subject matter expertise in pay equity, incentive pay, variable pay, and/or job analysis to support the attraction and retention of the right people in the right jobs. Responsible for offering general support to identify, respond to, and manage the needs of our members within a specific business unit(s) from a Total Rewards perspective. Performs data analysis by developing reports and spreadsheets translating findings into actionable insights.
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY
• General responsibilities with standardized processes. Works under limited supervision. Resolves routine questions and problems. Refers the more complex issues to higher levels. Follows established procedures to accomplish requirements of job. Some latitude for deviation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Participates in compensation surveys in a timely manner and ensures accurate market data in compensation systems to determine salary grades aligned with market value, internal equity, general market conditions and career pathing.
• Performs initial compensation reviews and compentation summaries based on member data and business need.
• Develops and delivers reports and data analysis to support the Total Rewards team, providing actionable insights, recommendations, and solutions. Drives data comparison and reconciliation between systems identifying and resolving any inconsistencies.
• Supports operational activities across all Total Rewards functions ensuring efficient and effective program execution.
• Assists with analyzing annual market movement, budget and economic projections to develop recommendations for the annual merit budget, job grading, and structure movement required to maintain competitive pay.
• Partners with managers and HRBP's to assure that job descriptions accurately reflect the responsibilities of the job and that they are FLSA compliant and graded appropriately.
• Provides support for the implementation of annual merit, progression, short-term and long-term incentive administration cycles.
• Assists with Total Rewards policy preparation.
• Presents Compensation training to managers and supervisors.
• All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree within a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, etc.); And
• 2 years HR, Compensation, or quantitative analytics experience.

• Experience working in Compensation
WORKING CONDITIONS
• May be required to work overtime and non-standard hours.
• May require travel.
• Work is often performed with short deadlines and involves sensitive, personal matters requiring objectivity and confidentiality.

• Demonstrates high proficiency in the use of a personal computer with MS Office Suite, advanced Excel skills.
• Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data from multiple sources.
• Able to create and maintain interactive spreadsheets including tables, queries, reports.
• Possesses working knowledge of Compensation programs, design practices, and administration.
