JOB SUMMARY

Summer 2026 Internship

A student participating in on-the-job training, providing opportunities to gain knowledge and experience in a field of study. Performs planned supervised work assignments.

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsibilities are varied but related to primary focus of job area. May work outside area of assigned duties. Routine duties based on detailed instruction. Works under direct supervision. Responds to routine questions and problems within standards and guides. Refers complex issues to higher levels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• May coordinate with other departments on special projects.

• May schedule, plan, and coordinate meetings and events.

• May audit system data for accuracy.

• Drafts routine correspondence and creates reports.

• Answers and directs calls.

• All other duties as assigned.

• Provides general operational and administrative support to the business unit or department.

REQUIREMENTS

• A student currently working towards a degree in a Business discipline e.g. Information Technology, Business Management, Business Administration, etc., Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Supply Chain or other related discipline.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• May travel occasionally to Company locations for meetings or events.

• Work is often performed with short deadlines and may involve sensitive matters requiring objectivity and confidentiality.

• May be required to work non-standard hours.

• Work is performed in an office environment utilizing office equipment including a computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse.

SPECIAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
