JOB SUMMARY
** This job is being posted across two skill levels "Senior" and "Lead". Applicants will be considered for the higher of the two levels they qualify for. **
Responsible for ensuring HR technology delivery to stakeholders including implementation, administration and oversight of HR Information Systems. Partners closely with HR leaders to leverage HR systems and reporting to achieve strategic business initiatives. Accountable for maintaining and developing process integration across HR technology platforms, including on-premise software and cloud solutions (SAP S/4). Collaborate with the Information Technology team to ensure HR system integrations meet current and future business needs. Participates in HR technology roadmap planning, ongoing process improvements, and HR governance.
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsibilities are varied and complex. Often works outside area of assigned duties. Applies advanced skills in multiple areas. Resolves complex issues which impact business operations both inside and outside own department. Makes unreviewed decisions related to the area of responsibilities. Opinions carry significant weight in policy and strategy decisions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Recommend policies, process, or procedure changes and/or variations from established policies, processes, or procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future functionality.
• Review impending business issues that will have a direct impact on the HR Information Systems; Provide HR leadership team with an assessment of the impact, scheduling considerations, and other information required for a business case.
• Support the development of training tools and job aids for administrators, users, and managers, as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Leads the day-to-day activities within the HRIS team to support and serve as the primary point of contact for HR Information Systems and projects, acting as liaison between HR, managers, users, IT teams, and third party vendors; Provide subject matter expertise on HR Information Systems; Develops and maintains strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring stakeholders are engaged, responsible and proactive in working toward deliverable goals and objectives.
• Serves as steward of user experience for the HR applications supported; monitors system adoption and user feedback; ensures the development of processes, tools, support materials, and training to maximize system adoption.
• Act as project manager for HR technology or process projects, including managing project team activities, tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
• Partners with HR leaders, HR Operations, Organizational Development, and Corporate Communications, as appropriate, to ensure effective change management and communications.
• Researches and resolves SAP HCM problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performs scheduled activities; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements; Participates in the review of test results and implementation of SAP HCM upgrades, patches, and interface files; Partner with IT to resolve system problems; Responsible for user acceptance testing which includes the creation of test scripts and testing data utilized for verification.
• Ensure complex, routine, and ad hoc reports and queries are developed and delivered, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal and audit standards and maintain overall data integrity.
• Recommends continued process improvements, innovative solutions, system enhancements and new applications to support business strategies and operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS
SENIOR
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or directly related field, And 5 years experience as an HR Information System Analyst to include Human Capital Management systems administration experience. Or
• Associate's Degree in Business or directly related field, And 7 years experience participating in end-to-end HR systems projects including gathering requirements, system administration, user acceptance testing, implementation, training, change management, and communication. Or
• High School Diploma/GED And 9 years experience participating in end-to-end HR systems projects including gathering requirements, system administration, user acceptance testing, implementation, training, change management, and communication.
LEAD
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field, And 8 years of progressive experience as an HR Information System Analyst to include Human Capital Management systems administration experience.
• Must have experience leading end-to-end HR systems projects including gathering requirements, system administration, user acceptance testing, implementation, training, change management, and communication.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Office environment using office equipment including a keyboard, mouse and computer monitor.
• May be required to work non-standard hours.
• May require travel.

Senior: $78,458 - $104,624
Lead: $94,848 - $126,464
