JOB SUMMARY

Provides a central contact for new construction accounts within the scope of the Serve New Business Process. Ascertains required resources for service initiation and coordinates activities with Project Leaders & other Field Personnel. Serves as liaison between company and customers and monitors progress of project from initiation through completion to ensure efficient and timely initiation of service.

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY

General responsibilities with standardized processes. Works under limited supervision. Resolves routine questions and problems. Refers the more complex issues to higher levels. Follows established procedures to accomplish requirements of job. Some latitude for deviation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prepare and Coordinate with Project Leaders, Schedulers & Field personnel various orders as required to initiate, terminate, maintain or correct customer records.

• Serve as liaison between various Company departments and city/county electrical inspectors.

• Answer inquiries from customers and Company members regarding the status of jobs and inspections.

• First contact for new construction services in our service territory.

• Initiate contract; monitor project status and assure timely records updates.

• Audit orders to ensure adherence to process.

• Maintain and coordinate service area inspections.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED And 2 years of directly related experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• May be required to work non-standard work schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, on-call and call-outs.
